A. Information Provided by Your Organization or CRM

• Authentication Credentials: User identifier, email address, mobile phone number, and access credentials linked to your organization's CRM.
• Role and Assignment Details: Assigned branch, reporting hierarchy, survey allocations, and case identifiers.

B. Information Collected During Field Operations

• Precise Location and GPS Data: We collect real-time background and foreground GPS location data when you utilize the trip tracking feature or mark attendance to verify site inspection routes and travel claims.
• Camera and Biometric Verification (Selfies): Real-time selfies captured at check-in/check-out to verify attendance authenticity, as well as photographic inspection records taken at survey sites.
• Conveyance and Expense Details: Claim amounts, journey origins and destinations, travel mode, and attached receipts/invoices.
• Device and Telemetry Data: Device model, operating system version, network status (online/offline state), and sync logs.

3. Purpose of Processing

Collected information is processed strictly for enterprise and operational objectives:

• Facilitating insurance survey case workflows, site visits, and assessment reports.
• Validating surveyor route paths and distance for travel reimbursement settlements.
• Verifying attendance and duty presence at specified branches or inspection sites.
• Generating auditable operational and financial summary reports for quality reviewers and managers.
• Ensuring system security, preventing unauthorized access, and debugging technical issues.

4. Background Location Disclosure (Google Play Compliance)

InsurioIQ collects location data to enable background trip tracking and travel route distance calculations even when the application is closed or not in active use, exclusively from the moment you tap "Start Tracking" until you tap "End Tracking". This background location collection is essential for generating verifiable travel conveyance audit trails and ensuring surveyors are accurately reimbursed for field mileage. Location tracking does not run when tracking is terminated or outside active duty sessions.

5. Data Storage and Offline Synchronization

When operating in locations without internet coverage, survey records, trip logs, and receipts are stored locally on your device in an encrypted queue. Once connectivity is restored, this data synchronizes automatically with our secure enterprise servers.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is disclosed only to:

• Your employer or contracting insurance claims assessment agency.
• Authorized supervisors, reviewers, and administrative auditors within your organizational data scope (Own, Branch, or Organization).
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies solely when strictly required by applicable law or judicial decree.
