These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and InsurioIQ regarding your access to and use of the InsurioIQ application and management portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing insurance survey practices.

2. Enterprise Access and Authorized Use

• Access is restricted solely to authorized personnel of designated insurance assessment organizations and their authorized field representatives.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Integrity

When conducting survey tasks and logging information on the Platform, you agree to:

• Submit truthful, accurate, and unmanipulated site inspection photos, notes, and damage details.
• Ensure all conveyance expense items (fuel, travel, lodging, parking, tolls) represent actual and legitimate business expenditures incurred for assigned survey jobs.
• Not simulate, spoof, or falsify GPS coordinates, biometric selfie check-ins, or route timestamps.
• Respect the confidentiality of insured parties and insurance company claim data accessible through the platform.

4. System Telemetry and Route Auditing

The Platform utilizes automated audit verification mechanisms, including GPS breadcrumb tracking and geo-tag comparisons, to evaluate conveyance claims. By utilizing the tracking features, you consent to the capture and administrative audit of route data against filed claims.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, logos, and documentation related to InsurioIQ are the exclusive intellectual property of InsurioIQ. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license solely for organizational operational duties.

6. Service Availability & Offline Operations

While the platform provides offline caching to support operations in remote areas, InsurioIQ does not warrant uninterrupted service or instantaneous sync when internet connections are unavailable or erratic. Users remain responsible for syncing pending queues upon regaining network availability.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice if an administrator or organization determines that an account has engaged in fraudulent expense reporting, data falsification, or unauthorized data dissemination.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
